Compliance Administrator

Education Requirements

  • Degree in Business field, with preference to candidates who pursued Legal or Paralegal studies.

Experience Requirements

  • Degree in Business field, with preference to candidates who pursued legal studies, or certifications related to contract or construction documentation.
  • Five years of experience in business administration, construction industry preferred.  Project Management experience helpful.
  • Skilled in contract review and administration.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and HR compliance.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Good communication skills which include clear concise writing style.
  • Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office products, working with PDF documents, internet and email navigation, virtual meeting software, and file management.

Skills

  • Contract review, follow-up and execution.  Contracts may be with customers, vendors or other contractors.  Interaction may include upstream and downstream relationships, as well as service providers.
  • Establish and regularly review document templates to support business activities, to include legal and contractual agreements and requirements.
  • Assist other departments with establishing systems for storing, managing and sharing documents related to contractual and legal obligations, licenses, safety, and other regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Establish library of records and information to respond to requests for qualifications to perform our work.  Assist Sales and Management with responses to those requests.
  • Research, provide input, and help maintain documentation systems for project and service-related records storage and retention, customer and vendor portals, and e-signature platforms. 
  • Assist Operations and Finance to document risk management processes and results.
